Samsung Galaxy S III fever keeps rising

The buzz surrounding the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S III has been going on for a while, and it just won't stop. Seen as the only handset to rival the iPhone in popularity, the Galaxy S III's preorder sales for the device broke records in the U.K. yesterday. If you want the device unlocked, preorders are popping up on Amazon. For $800, you can get your own hands on it by June 1.

 Switching phones with the same carrier?
  My daughter wants to upgrade to an iPhone 4 on AT&T. Her old phone was an HTC Inspire with data plan. My wife is currently using a LG Xenon without data, but it has a cracked screen. Can I switch SIM cards from her LG to my daughter's HTC without adding a data plan?
