Facebook shares jump, fall, and rise again

The world's largest social network is now a public company, and in early trading, it seemed to find a mostly friendly reception.  After Nasdaq opened this morning, kicking off the tech world's largest IPO to date, Facebook shares took a startling plunge to the starting price before trending back upward to just over $41 by early afternoon Eastern time.
