Nokia Lumia 900 is (almost!) here
In three more days on April 8, consumers will be able to purchase the highly anticipated Lumia 900. Available for preorder on AT&T's Web site, the phone is an eye-catcher. As our senior editor Jessica Dolcourt stated, it's a statement phone with a gorgeous screen, and it's her favorite Windows Phone to date.

Pantech Hotshot (Verizon Wireless)
The Pantech Hotshot from Verizon looks like a smartphone at first glance, but it's actually a feature phone with a touch screen. Although the display itself is not very sensitive, which makes texting and swiping frustrating, the device doesn't require data and makes solid calls.

Nokia Lumia 900 (AT&T)
With its unique look, the Lumia 900 is sure to turn heads. It's competitively priced at $99, and the Windows Phone UI looks gorgeous. But it isn't perfect. The camera optics are decent, but overhyped, and it doesn't record in 1080p video. Also, there some design flaws.

Although it isn't available in the U.S. for now, this crank-up radio does more than you think. Not only does it have a built-in flashlight and an alarm siren, but it also has a USB port so you can charge your cell phone when the power is out.

Our friends over at CNET Asia got their hands on the HTC One X, and we couldn't be more jealous. Everything in it is new, like a quad-core processor and Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Be warned though: its 4.7-inch screen can be too big for some, and the battery life drains quickly.

For those of you who have an active lifestyle or require a tough device for working conditions, the Kyocera DuraPlus can survive it all. Or at least, most things. Aesthetics aside, it's water- and shockproof, and is equipped with Sprint's convenient push-to-talk feature.

How Can I Get a Case That Is Really For My Phone?
I just purchased a Samsung Flight II, and I'd like to get a good vertical holster-type case for it. I looked at the zillion items an Amazon.com search turned up, and was impressed that so many of the cases that were supposedly for my phone showed a phone quite different from mine. With so many cases being sold for multiple phones, I'm afraid my little Flight II will "rattle around" in the case I purchase. Any suggestions for getting a case that really fits?  Read full quote
