Hype-busting Apple Maps

  Given the buzz about Apple's new Maps app, demoed at WWDC   this week, you would think that every other company in the navigation   space would close shop or think about other lines of business.   However, CNET's detailed look at the Maps app gives a little needed   perspective after this week's Apple fandom. Jaymar Cabebe looks at the   app's features, offering comparisons to Google's own Maps app on Android.   Rather than revolutionary, many of Apple Maps' features can best be   described as, It's about time.
