AT&T steps it up with two Windows Phones
AT&T announced this week that it will sell the Nokia Lumia 900, a 4G LTE capable Windows Phone slated for an April 8 release, for the competitively low price of $100. The carrier also confirmed that the HTC Titan II, another high-end Windows Phone with an impressive 16-megapixel camera, will be available on that date as well.

 Can I share Wi-Fi on an unlocked phone?
  Assuming I have a web/data plan for my phone, if I buy an unlocked smartphone that is 4G enabled and has "Wi-Fi" sharing, will the Wi-Fi sharing to my laptop or iPad work automatically? Or do I have to get the carrier to enable it? In other words, is the Wi-Fi sharing device specific (to the phone) or is it an option that only the carrier can enable, even on an unlocked phone?  Read full quote
