Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS4 reviewed The DMC-TS4 is an easy-to-use rugged point-and-shoot with some extra exposure control that you won't find on others in its class. However, photo quality and performance don't improve much from its predecessor, the TS3. It has a somewhat small, low-resolution LCD compared with competing models. While it doesn't offer much for upgraders, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS4 is still a very good rugged camera.
