Living in San Francisco, I have an immediate appreciation for smaller cars. At about 13 feet long, the Prius C is easy to park and maneuver through narrow, crowded streets. And it is a good-looking little hatchback, more points in its favor. With only 99 horsepower, the phrase "hot hatchback" does not quite apply, but average fuel economy greater than 50 mpg is a virtue in itself. During CNET's week with the car, extensive driving barely brought the tank down to half. Add Toyota's new midrange navigation system and Entune app integration, and the 2012 Prius C easily receives an Editors' Choice Award.
