RIM denies looming 'death spiral'

RIM has delayed launching its newest mobile OS, BlackBerry 10, until early 2013. It was supposed to be out this holiday season, but company execs told CNET they needed more time to avoid releasing a subpar product.

RIM denies looming 'death spiral'
Despite the fact that Research In Motion posted disappointing Q1 earnings, its CEO, Thorsten Heins, said that there was "nothing wrong" with the flailing telecommunications company "as it exists now." In addition, RIM has delayed launching its newest mobile OS, BlackBerry 10, until early 2013. It was supposed to be out this holiday season, but company execs told CNET they needed more time to avoid releasing a subpar product.

 Prepaid plan for U.S. visitor?
  I'm a European student staying in the U.S. for the summer. I have an unlocked HTC Sensation and I'd like to get a plan from some operator that operates nationwide. I want to get a SIM for my phone that has a data plan. It needs to work for when I'm browsing the Internet on my phone, and when I'm sharing a data connection from my phone to my laptop via Wi-Fi hotspot function.
